Survivor Fitness is a free program that helps recent cancer survivors regain strength and wellness through personal training and nutritional guidance. The transition to survivorship can be physically challenging and emotionally lonely. Medical teams provide much-needed support during treatment, but after the cancer is gone support is lacking. This is where Survivor Fitness comes in.

Any one recently finished his battle with cancer, no matter the fitness level. Survivor Fitness meet you where you are and support you in your fight to get your life back
After completing the application and being accepted into the program, we pair you with a personal trainer that best fits your personal needs.

How it works?
The Survivor Fitness Program is based on frequent one-on-one communication with the survivor through the training session with the personal trainer and about 2 hours of personalized coaching with health coach. This is a basic general framework to be adapted after discussion with the survivor and his medical care provider.
